Book the venue for you and your team. Bring your photographer, models, music, videographer ; or ask for our in-house -professionals.  Bring your own props or use our designed venue sets. Booking charge is applied to your hourly rate.

Minimum 2-Hour booking : $175     Hourly Rate: $100     Booking Charge: $50

• Anything you need during your time.

Booking charge is applied to your total rate.

Minimum 4-Hour booking : $400     Rate: $100/hour     Booking Charge: $75

Unc's Place will have shared venue time avalible. Use the space at a lower rate and network with other artists. Maximum teams of 4.
